Steven Boyd

Steven has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience. His industry experience includes residential and commercial construction, real estate and land development. He has a passion for business and its role in building a better community.

Currently, he is the Accounting Manager for Bolthouse Properties, LLC. Founded in 2005, Bolthouse Properties, LLC is a legacy of the Bolthouse Family’s involvement since 1915 in WM. Bolthouse Farms. The company consists of three primary operations – an agricultural land and commercial real estate holding company, a real estate development company, and an investment management subsidiary. Steven’s focus has been on financial models for real estate, asset management, process improvement, the budgeting process and providing timely and accurate financial information.

Steven is also a member of Bolthouse Properties’ Bolt of Hope team whose vision is to grow God’s kingdom in Bakersfield. The team works with local organizations that have a passion for being the light in the world and grants funds for specific projects.
