We believe all followers of Jesus are called to full-time ministry where they work and live. Our Monthly Breakfasts serve to build connection as speakers from diverse fields share how they view their jobs as their ministry. Each breakfast includes a delicious buffet, time to connect with other guests, a personal testimony from a featured leader in the community and prayer.

Kern Leadership Alliance is open to everyone who wishes to attend our Monthly Leadership Breakfasts. There are no membership dues of any kind; attendees simply pay for their breakfast. Additionally, Sponsorships are Available!
