Oildale Leadership Alliance invites all followers of Jesus to come together to challenge, teach, and learn from one another how to most effectively partner with God and join Him as He transforms Oildale.  Open to everyone who lives in or has an interest in the Oildale community.

The monthly breakfast meetings feature a local leader sharing on how they live their life in full-time ministry by transforming Oildale.
