Oildale Leadership Alliance invites all followers of Jesus to come together to challenge, teach, and learn from one another how to most effectively partner with God and join Him as He transforms Oildale.  Open to everyone who lives in or has an interest in the Oildale community. Each month Oildale Leadership Alliance members gather for a prayer meeting and a breakfast meeting. The goal of each meeting is to engage people in Oildale to create community transformation.
